Yellow Banana Food Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Head of F&B; Controller to oversee F&B; control functions, manage legal and regulatory coordination, lead teams, and introduce innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency across our restaurant business.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee F&B; control operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

· Handle legal and statutory compliance matters relevant to restaurant operations.

· Lead, guide, and manage the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.

· Develop and implement innovative ideas and strategies to enhance business performance.

· Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve operational and compliance-related issues.

· Ensure proper documentation, timely renewals, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Skills & Competencies





· Strong knowledge of legal and statutory compliance related to the restaurant or hospitality industry.

· Experience in BMC coordination and liaisoning with government authorities.

· Excellent team leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

· Ability to develop innovative solutions and implement new ideas.

· Solid problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.

· Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

· Candidates based in Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
