Union Relations:

Serve as the primary liaison with union representatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Manage union contract negotiations, grievances, and disputes.

Long-Term Settlement Negotiations:

Lead and oversee long-term settlement discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with organizational goals and labor laws

Policy Development:

Design and implement HR policies and procedures that promote fair treatment, equity, and compliance with legal requirements.

Workforce Management:

Oversee manpower planning and deployment to ensure optimal staffing levels, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with other HR leaders to align workforce management with business needs

Conflict Resolution:

Proactively address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner,



utilizing mediation and other conflict resolution techniques.

Managing employee grievances,investigate &resolve; complex/critical industrial issues in a timely and effective manner from long term perspective.

Employee Engagement:

Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvement plans.

Compliance:

Ensure all employee relations practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on legal changes and trends in labor relations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize HR metrics and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of employee relations strategies. Provide regular reports to senior management on key trends and issues.
