To lead and manage the complete beer brewing process, ensuring consistent product quality, production efficiency, compliance with applicable standards, and timely achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and manage the complete brewing process, including raw material preparation, mashing, lautering, boiling, wort cooling, fermentation, maturation, and filtration.
- Develop, standardise, and optimise beer recipes in accordance with approved product specifications.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials, including malt, hops, yeast, water, and other brewing ingredients.
- Oversee fermentation parameters, yeast management, temperature control, and beer maturation.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure consistency in taste, aroma, colour, alcohol content, and other quality parameters.
- Prepare production plans and ensure timely achievement of brewing targets.
- Monitor raw material consumption, production yield, wastage, and operational costs.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of brewing vessels, tanks, pipelines, and associated equipment.
- Train, guide, and supervise brewing personnel.
- Maintain brewing records,



batch documentation, production reports, and traceability records.
- Coordinate with Packaging, Engineering, Warehouse, Procurement, and Quality teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, factory safety, environmental, and state excise requirements.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree or diploma in Brewing Technology, Fermentation Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

Typically 5–10 years of relevant brewing or beer production experience, with prior experience managing a brewing team preferred.
