Responsibilities

1. Hardware, Network Design, Development & Management:

* Communication interfaces: Wiegand, Ethernet (PoE), RS422, RS485 Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and hardware components.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware and software solutions.
- Conduct research to identify new technologies and methodologies to enhance hardware performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network efficiency.
- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate security measures and protocols.

1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

* Provide technical support for hardware, electronic, and networking issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and network failures, performance issues, and connectivity problems.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on hardware and network systems.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for network infrastructure.

1. Project Management:

* Lead and manage hardware and networking projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.




- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Prepare project reports and documentation for stakeholders.

1. Compliance and Standards:

* Ensure all hardware and networking systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in hardware and network technologies.
- Implement best practices for hardware and network management.

Requirements

Education: ITI degree along with a any Bachelor's degree.

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in hardware-related roles, preferably in technology or solutions-based industries.

Expertise: In-depth knowledge of controllers, boom barriers, CCTV cameras, UHF readers, and related hardware installations for smart parking systems.

Passion for Innovation: Exhibit a passion for smart technology and an cutting-edge mindset.

Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and systems.
- Expertise in network design, configuration, and management.
- Familiarity with network protocols, security, and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
