Job Summary

We are is looking for a well-groomed, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Guest Relations Executive to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests. The candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and seating arrangements, handling guest queries, and ensuring high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Reception & Hospitality

Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage guest arrivals, departures, reservations, and seating arrangements.

Escort guests to their tables and coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating.

Maintain a courteous, attentive, and professional approach throughout the guest journey.

1. Reservation & Table Management

Handle telephone, online, and walk-in reservations. Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences.

Coordinate table allocations, waiting lists, and special seating requests.

Communicate with the restaurant team regarding VIP guests, celebrations, and special occasions.

1. Guest Experience & Relationship Management

Interact with guests to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests tactfully.

Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to resolve service-related concerns promptly.

Build positive relationships with regular guests and maintain guest preference records.

1. Coordination with Operations

Coordinate with the service, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Monitor table readiness, waiting times, and guest flow during peak hours.

Communicate special requests, dietary preferences, and celebrations to the concerned teams.

Assist in maintaining service standards and a pleasant dining setting.

Brand Standards & Professional Conduct

Maintain grooming, personal hygiene, and professional etiquette in accordance with company standards. Demonstrate sound knowledge of the restaurant's menu, concept, and service offerings.

Ensure guest interactions reflect our hospitality standards.

Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in guest relations, restaurant hosting, front office, or customer service is an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a guest-oriented attitude.

Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or POS systems preferred.

Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

Professionalism and quality of guest interactions.

Accuracy of reservations and table allocation.

Effectiveness in handling guest complaints and special requests.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, courteous, and proactive, with a genuine passion for hospitality. The candidate must be capable of creating a positive first impression, managing guest expectations, and ensuring that every guest receives attentive and personalized service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
