Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive, located in Malappuram. The Guest Relations Executive will be:

1. Responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by managing guest relations, handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing sales support.

2.Daily tasks include greeting guests, managing reservations,



coordinating with other departments to ensure service excellence, and maintaining detailed records of guest interactions.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication and Receptionist Duties skills
- Experience in Sales and handling enquiries
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage guest needs effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
