We are looking for a professional and patient-focused candidate for the position of Guest Relations Executive (GRE).

- Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Guide patients regarding hospital departments and services.
- Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments for prompt assistance.
- Maintain excellent patient relations and service standards.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in hospital GRE, front office, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
