Job Summary

Humayun Hospital is looking for a qualified, friendly, and patient-focused Guest Relations Executive to ensure a positive experience for patients and their families. The candidate will be responsible for assisting patients, addressing their concerns, coordinating with hospital departments, and maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants at the hospital.
- Guide patients regarding appointments, consultations, admissions, discharges, and other hospital services.
- Address patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth patient service.
- Follow up on patient concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain patient satisfaction records, feedback forms, and daily reports as required.
- Provide accurate information about hospital facilities, services, and procedures.




- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies and service standards.
- Support the hospital team in improving the overall patient experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any degree or relevant qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, front office, or patient relations; hospital experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
- A patient-friendly attitude with a professional and presentable personality.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.
