About the Role

We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, confident, and personable Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join a 60-room, 3-star boutique hotel near New Delhi Railway Station. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a comfortable and personalised stay, and delivering excellent hospitality services to corporate clients, domestic travellers, and international guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Build positive relationships with guests and provide personalised hospitality services.
- Understand and accommodate guest preferences, including room preferences, special requests, and individual requirements.
- Coordinate homestyle meal arrangements and other guest-specific services.
- Arrange car bookings, airport or railway transfers, and local travel assistance as required.
- Assist guests with travel itineraries, sightseeing recommendations, and local information.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.




- Maintain high standards of grooming, skilled etiquette, and guest communication.
- Build a welcoming environment for corporate clients, international travellers, and other hotel guests.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Smart, well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-first approach.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to handle guest requests with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotel operations, guest relations, or front office is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in hospitality may also be considered.
