Role: Growth Marketeer / Growth Engineer

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA / PGDM, ideally from a solid mid-tier management institution such as IIM Raipur or a comparable school.
- Required: 2-3 years of software engineering or software development experience before the MBA / PGDM, with practical familiarity with software, APIs, cloud, data, application modernisation, and AI.
- Strong spoken and written English, confident phone presence, structured discovery skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for both technical and executive audiences.
- Comfortable with active prospecting, CRM and sales engagement tools, account research, spreadsheets, pipeline metrics, and iterative testing. This is a customer-facing presales / sales business development engineer role, not a pure content-marketing or software-development position.
