Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Sanswadi Pune area for a Tool & Cutter and Cylindrical Grinding Machine Operator. The role involves setting up and operating tool and cutter grinding machines and cylindrical grinding machines to manufacture and recondition cutting tools and precision components.

Responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate wheels and fixtures, performing accurate measurements with gauges and instruments, and maintaining required tolerances and surface finishes. The operator will inspect workpieces, make necessary adjustments to machine parameters, and complete basic preventive maintenance and cleaning tasks. The role also includes documenting production details, following safety and quality procedures, and coordinating with supervisors and quality teams to meet daily production targets.

Experience

Experience in operating grinding machines preferred.
