Key Responsibilities

- Create Premium designs for social media posts, digital campaigns, advertisements and marketing materials.

- Design company brochures, catalogues, presentations, product communication and promotional materials.

- Work on product-related creatives, packaging/label designs and other branding requirements as required.

- Prepare creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, website and other digital platforms.

- Develop marketing and promotional creatives as per BI Paints' branding requirements.

- Coordinate with the HR, Marketing and Management teams for design requirements.

- Make required changes and revisions based on feedback.

- Maintain consistency in BI Paints Premium B2B branding, colours, fonts and overall visual identity.

- Support the team with recent and creative ideas for improving the company's visual communication.

- Manage multiple design requirements and complete work within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator and CorelDRAW.

- Knowledge of Figma will be an advantage.

- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts and visual hierarchy.

- Creative thinking with attention to detail.

- Ability to understand briefs and convert them into practical designs.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

- Knowledge of printing formats, sizes and basic production requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
