Graphic Motion Graphic Designer

You will play a key role in shaping Ignosis AI's brand presence across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, product communications, and employer branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Brand Communication

- Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, presentations, landing page assets, brochures, and marketing collateral.

- Create visually compelling designs that align with the company's brand identity and communication goals.

- Ensure consistency across all visual touch points and marketing channels.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop impactful campaigns.

Motion Graphics Video Content

- Create motion graphics, animated explainers, product demos, reels, and campaign videos.

- Develop engaging visual narratives that simplify complex fintech concepts.

- Edit and optimize video content for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and internal communications.

- Support event promotions, product launches, and employer branding initiatives through motion content.

Creative Strategy Innovation

- Work closely with founders and marketing teams to transform ideas into compelling visual stories.

- Contribute to the evolution of Ignosis AI's visual identity and creative direction.

- Experiment with emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools,



and innovative content formats.

- Stay updated on industry best practices in graphic design, motion graphics, and digital storytelling.

Required Skills Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and motion design.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.

- Ability to create content optimized for digital and social media platforms.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with 3D design and animation tools.

- Exposure to UI/UX design principles and product design workflows.

- Experience leveraging AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.

- Prior experience working in startups, SaaS, FinTech, or technology-driven organizations.
