About the Company

One Nine Rezo Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate company focused on property sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to strengthen our brand identity and support our digital marketing and promotional activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, and promotional advertisements for real estate projects.
- Create marketing materials for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Design property brochures, project presentations, flyers, and sales collaterals.
- Develop creative content for property launches, offers, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Create engaging designs for lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
- Edit images, property photographs, promotional videos, and reels as required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.




- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and real estate marketing practices.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Any degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software is an advantage.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of colour, typography, and layout.
- Ability to understand briefs and work collaboratively with the marketing team.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
