The title says designer, but we are really looking for a marketer who designs. You will not be handed scripts to set in type. We expect you to write the line yourself, in our voice, and make it land.

Our visual system already exists. Your job is to run it, extend it, and get it out into the stores rapid.

What You Will Do

? Design and produce everything that lives in a store: menus, signage, packaging, table collateral, festive and launch material.

? Own the print pipeline. Files, vendors, proofs, timelines, quality on delivery.

? Lead design and rollout for product and store launches, from the idea to what a customer sees on day one.

? Direct store teams on set up and follow through until it is live, correctly, everywhere.

? Write your own copy. Captions, menu lines,



in store messaging, launch announcements.

? Build analog ideas customers can pick up, read, and take home.

What We Are Looking For

? Calm, careful, simple taste. We are not looking for loud.

? Strong on Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, and comfortable with print specifications.

? Someone who writes well and thinks like a marketer.

? Fast, organised, and reliable on timelines.

? Comfortable talking to vendors, store managers, and staff.
