RESPONSIBILITIES • Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing collaterals.

- Create posters, banners, standees, brochures, and other branding materials.
- Develop artwork for recruitment campaigns, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs and communication materials.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand design requirements and deliver creatives within timelines.
- Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and print requirements.
