We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Content Creator who can translate what we do into compelling visuals, engaging videos, and creative content that communicate who we are, what we offer, and why buyers should trust us.

What you'll actually be doing
Graphic Design & Brand Communication
- Designing website banners on a regular, ongoing basis for offers, new categories, seasonal promotions, platform updates, and brand campaigns.
- Creating product cards, catalogue visuals, and product display creatives that make bulk ordering simple and appealing.
- Designing marketing creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Creating presentations, campaign materials, and internal branding assets as required.
Photography & Video Production
- Planning and executing product photography, food photography, and other visual shoots for website listings, catalogues, banners, and marketing campaigns.
- Editing engaging videos, reels, product showcases, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capturing and presenting products in a visually appealing manner while maintaining brand consistency.
- Managing creative process - concept development, shooting, editing.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Creating engaging visual and digital content that communicates BBI's products, services, offers, and brand story.
- Planning, designing, scheduling, and managing regular social media posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Developing and maintaining a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal events, and business objectives.
- Staying updated with social media trends and identifying creative opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Writing or coordinating captions, headlines, and basic promotional copy to complement visual content.
Collaboration & Creative Development
- Collaborating with the product and marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective creative solutions.
- Improving product presentation and visual communication across the website and other digital touchpoints.
- Contributing ideas, taking ownership of creative projects, and maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.
You'll be the right fit if
- You have a strong portfolio you're proud to share. Please include your portfolio when applying.
- You have 5+ years of design experience. However, we're open to reviewing exceptional portfolios regardless of experience.
- You have your own creative perspective and can take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively with the team.
- You're skilled in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent design tools.
- You have good photography skills.
- You're comfortable with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent.
- You can create engaging reels, promotional videos, and short-form digital content.
- You understand how to use visual storytelling to communicate, not just decorate.
- You're comfortable balancing ongoing website design requirements with photography, video editing, and marketing deliverables.
- You have experience creating and managing social media content, maintaining posting consistency, and adapting creatives to different platforms.
- You understand, or are curious to understand, B2B businesses, e-commerce, and their customers.
- You have strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- You're comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in an on-site work environment.
- You hold a relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
Additional skills we appreciate:
- Social media strategy, content calendar planning, and performance tracking.
- E-commerce website design and product cataloguing.
- UI/UX design experience.
- Basic copywriting and promotional caption development.
- Experience in FMCG, or brands.
