Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Born Restaurants & Nosh Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for restaurant and café branding, including menus, packaging, in-store signage, promotional materials, and digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and operations teams to translate brand concepts into cohesive visual identities, developing layouts and graphics that enhance the guest experience, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also involves preparing artwork for print and digital use,



refining designs based on feedback, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, and staying current with design trends relevant to the Food and Beverage industry.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to create engaging visual content across print and digital channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for restaurants and cafes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to design clear, aesthetically pleasing layouts for menus, signage, and promotional materials.
- Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
- Candidates should demonstrate a portfolio showcasing relevant design work, preferably in hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing brands.
- Candidates should have solid attention to detail, creativity, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Candidates should ideally hold a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience as a Graphic Designer is an advantage.
