​Role Overview:

​We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can seamlessly blend stunning static design with energetic video content. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing marketing collateral, social media assets, promotional videos, and campaign creatives that resonate with parents, students, and swimming enthusiasts.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Video Production & Editing: Edit raw footage from various swimming centres into engaging promotional videos, reels, testimonials, and tutorial highlights for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

​Graphic Design: Design eye-catching digital creatives,



ad banners, social media posts, event posters, and print materials aligned with our brand guidelines.

​Content Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events (e.g., summer camps, championships).

​Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual outputs maintain a unified and professional look across all 30+ regional centres and digital touchpoints.

​Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean, accessible library of raw footage, graphics, templates, and final media assets.

​Required Skills & Qualifications:

​Experience: Proven experience (1–3+ years) as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or Multimedia Specialist (portfolio required).

​Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent modern design and editing tools (e.g., Canva Pro, CapCut for quick social edits).

​Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios for various social platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube), and basic color grading and sound design.

​Creative Eye: Excellent sense of typography, color theory, composition, and pacing in video editing.

​Communication: Ability to understand project briefs, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
