· Having a background in training is a plus (not a must have)

Annalect India Academy | Graduate Trainee Role –

· 2 Months Training Program

· The Graduate Trainees will be trained in Talent Development

· During the 2 months training period, there will be several assessments that a trainee must attempt and clear with 80% and above to successfully complete the training program.

· On successful completion of the program, the candidate will be transitioned into Annalect – Talent Transformation Function, as a Junior Associate – Talent Development

· This is a paid training program

Highlights:

· 18,000 stipend during Training period

· Each assessment candidate needs to score 80% and above.

· 1 year career clause - 75% of fixed salary (Excluding PF and Gratuity) paid by the Company to the Junior Associate from the date of allocation of the Candidate to a Function up to his/her last working day.
