Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update casting BOMs as per approved drawings and process requirements.
- Ensure BOM accuracy for material, pattern, core, riser, chills and consumables.
- Coordinate BOM changes with Engineering, Foundry, QA, Purchase and Production.
- Monitor casting manufacturing from pattern release to final inspection.
- Identify and resolve job disruptions and production bottlenecks.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality and process issues.
- Ensure adherence to SOP, process parameters and approved casting methods.
- Drive rejection, rework, yield and cost improvement.
- Support MAGMASOFT simulation and process optimization.
- Track BOM accuracy, rejection, yield, disruption time and delivery performance
