We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with strong expertise in Sales Campaigns and a performance-driven approach. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns, with a primary focus on sales, conversions, and ROI.

Candidates with experience in the e-commerce industry are preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, develop negative keyword lists, and structure campaigns and ad groups for optimal performance.
- Create and test ad copy, assets, and extensions to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to achieve target CPA and ROAS.
- Set up, verify, and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Ensure ads and landing pages comply with Google Ads policies.
- Collaborate with the design and web teams to improve landing page performance and conversions.
- Prepare transparent weekly and monthly performance reports,



highlighting key insights and recommended actions.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, or increasing sales volume (please share relevant examples).
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written English for ad copy creation and performance reporting.
- Google Ads certification is preferred.

Nice to Have

- Experience managing Meta Ads or other paid advertising channels.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with landing page A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Zirakpur, Punjab (Zirakpur, S.A.S Nagar District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
