Generate leads and acquire current customers for gold loan products. Promote gold loan schemes and explain loan benefits, interest rates, and repayment terms. Achieve monthly sales and gold loan disbursement targets.
Handle a mix of office-based work and field activities, as required. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners. Assist customers with KYC, documentation, and loan application processing.
Coordinate with the branch and operations team to ensure smooth loan disbursement. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable banking regulations.
