 8+ years of experience in communications, change management, or a related discipline, ideally including time at a Big 4 firm or a top-tier consultancy.

 Excellent written communication skills. This role writes constantly and creates content, for senior executives, and the quality bar is high

 Proven experience leading change management for a large organizational or technology transformation, not just supporting one.

 Comfortable working directly with C-suite executives and turning their intent into finished, ready-to-use materials with minimal back-and-forth.
