Role Description The International Housing Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and optimizing student accommodation solutions for international students. This role involves advising students on housing options near partner universities, explaining pricing and contract terms, and guiding them through the booking and check-in process.

The expert will coordinate with property providers and landlords to maintain updated inventory, verify listings, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include responding to student inquiries, resolving housing-related issues, tracking bookings and payments,



and providing transparent information on policies and housing regulations. The role also includes supporting sales and partnership teams with housing insights, preparing reports on housing demand and trends, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the student experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret housing demand, pricing, and occupancy data and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain housing options clearly, negotiate with partners, and support students from diverse backgrounds.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance skills to understand rental structures, payment schedules, and cost comparisons for students.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a student-first approach.
