Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience in Aerospace Sheet Metal Tool Design.
- Design and development of Form Blocks, Hand Form Blocks, Press Tools, Milling Fixtures, and Checking Fixtures.
- Proficient in CATIA V5 for tooling design and 3D modeling.
- Expertise in Loft Creation and surface-based modeling for tooling components.
- Solid knowledge of tooling materials and their application in aerospace manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles.
Qualification. BE in Mechanical
Experience: 2-4 years
