Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Gen Z Video Editor and Videographer. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing short-form and long-form video content tailored for digital and social media platforms, aligned with Bright Realty’s brand and investment narratives. The candidate will capture high-quality video footage on location, manage lighting and audio setups, and execute modern editing styles, transitions, and pacing that resonate with Gen Z audiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and investment teams on concepts, creating visually engaging reels and promos, applying color grading and motion graphics, and organizing media assets for efficient workflow. The role also includes staying updated on current social media trends, experimenting with new formats,



and delivering content on schedule.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong video production and videography skills, including camera operation, framing, lighting, and on-site shooting.
- Candidates should possess video editing skills, with proficiency in cutting, sequencing, and adding audio, effects, and transitions using modern editing software.
- Candidates should possess video color grading skills to ensure consistent, polished, and visually appealing footage across different platforms.
- Candidates should possess motion graphics and basic graphics skills to create titles, lower thirds, overlays, and visual elements suitable for social media content.
- Relevant experience creating short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style videos) and strong awareness of Gen Z digital trends and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) and familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, time management skills, and the capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work is required.
