Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Project Management to oversee and coordinate project planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commercial activities, and site execution for hospitality projects, including 5-star hotel development.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to monitor project schedules, milestones, KPIs, material dispatches, interior works, and overall project progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, contracts, and site execution teams.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track project progress and prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Coordinate material dispatches and ensure timely availability of materials for project execution.
- Monitor interior works and coordinate with relevant project teams to support project delivery.
- Identify project risks, execution challenges,



and potential delays; implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project activities against agreed plans and timelines.
- Support project completion, handover, and project close-out activities.
- Coordinate with senior management to provide updates on progress, risks, and critical project issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.Tech will be an added advantage.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Experience in EPC, construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Robust understanding of project planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of interior works and hospitality project development.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, including preparation of MIS reports and dashboards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Working knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in 5-star hotel development, hospitality projects, interior works, and hospitality-related vendor or business tie-ups will be preferred.
