:

We are looking for an experienced General Manager (Planning, Execution & Estimation) with 10–12 years of experience to oversee project planning, execution, and estimation across multiple project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, monitoring project progress, verifying contractor bills, and preparing and reviewing rate analysis and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate civil works across multiple project sites.

- Monitor project progress and ensure smooth communication between site teams and management.

- Check and verify contractor bills and measurements.

- Prepare and review rate analysis for civil works.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants,



and internal teams for project execution.

- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of site activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 10–12 years of experience in civil construction, Hospitality Sectors and Real Estate.

- Strong knowledge of billing, BOQ, rate analysis, and site coordination.

- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
