Job Summary

Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all operational services of the hospital to deliver high-quality, effective, and patient-centered care.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of clinical and non-clinical departments

- Ensure smooth patient flow from admission to discharge

- Implement and monitor hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards

- Coordinate between doctors, nursing, paramedical, admin, and support teams

- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

- Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution

- Ensure compliance with NABH, statutory licenses, and health regulations

- Monitor KPIs: bed occupancy, average length of stay, OPD/IPD volumes, patient satisfaction

- Control operational costs and manage budgets for respective departments

- Supervise housekeeping, security, biomedical waste management, and facility maintenance

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
