Role Overview

Looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations, business development, revenue generation, and commercial growth of a large indoor stadium.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue through sports events, concerts, exhibitions, and corporate MICE.
- Manage venue operations, maintenance, vendors, and safety compliance.
- Handle P&L;, budgeting, cost control, and revenue planning.
- Lead teams and coordinate with government authorities for event permissions.

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in hospitality, MICE, convention centres, or large event venues.
- Proven experience in event commercialization and venue management.
- Solid leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of Goa’s tourism and events market.

Previously worked with well known brand.
