We're Hiring: General Manager - Finance & Accounts

Are you a strategic finance leader looking to drive financial excellence in a growing manufacturing powerhouse? We are looking for an experienced General Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead our finance operations in India!

? Location: Manufacturing Plant / Corporate Office

? Scale: ₹500–1,000+ Crore Turnover Sector

? Reporting to: CFO / Director Finance / Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Oversight & Reporting: Ensure proper accounting of revenue, expenses, inventory, fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditure. Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level financial information while establishing rigorous reporting timelines.
- Statutory Compliance & Governance: Oversee GST, MCA filings,



and all other relevant statutory compliances.
- Risk Management & Controls: Monitor internal controls and strengthen overall risk management frameworks.
- Treasury & Working Capital: Drive effective treasury and working capital management, including handling letters of credit and financial negotiations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and align finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, compliance, and reporting teams.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 15–20 years of overall professional experience.
- Qualifications: CA preferred; CMA or equivalent relevant professional qualifications will also be considered.
