About the Job & Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments and business functions.
- Supervise teams, assign responsibilities, monitor performance and support staff development.
- Plan operational targets, track progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, HR, logistics, suppliers and customers to address operational needs.
- Improve work processes, productivity, quality standards and internal reporting. Support business development, customer relationships and import-export operational coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate operational records

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education:



B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience Level: Fresher/ Experienced
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to work on-site in Kolkata.

Required Skill Sets

- Experience in team management, operations, business administration or a similar supervisory role.
- Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Knowledge of trading, supply chain or import-export operations is an added advantage
