1. Overall Operations: Manage the companys day-to-day operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
2. Sales Administration: Monitor sales performance, branch operations, dealer management, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.
3. Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, expand market presence, and improve profitability.
4. Human Resource Management: Oversee recruitment, employee performance, attendance, discipline, training, and HR activities.
5. Purchase Management: Supervise purchasing activities, vendor management, material availability, cost control, and timely procurement.
6. Accounts and Finance: Monitor billing, collections, expenses, budgets, payments, and financial performance in coordination with the accounts team.
7. Marketing Support: Coordinate marketing activities, promotional campaigns, lead generation, and brand development.
8. Inventory and Warehouse Management: Ensure proper stock control, material availability, warehouse efficiency, and timely dispatch of products.
9. Customer and Dealer Relations:



Resolve escalated customer complaints, dealer issues, and operational challenges to maintain robust business relationships.
10. Team Management: Set departmental goals, review employee performance, delegate responsibilities, and ensure accountability across teams.
11. Reporting to Management: Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales, operations, finance, HR, inventory, and overall business performance to senior management.
12. Cost Control and Profitability: Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs, improve productivity, and maximize company profitability.
13. Decision-Making: Take timely operational decisions, resolve interdepartmental issues, and implement management directives effectively.
14. Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business growth.
