Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using Generative AI models to enhance customer engagement and support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbot solutions into existing systems and applications.

- Develop data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze user feedback from various sources to improve chatbot performance.

- Troubleshoot issues related to chatbot functionality, identify root causes, and implement fixes.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in developing conversational interfaces or similar roles.

- Robust understanding of Generative AI models for natural language processing (NLP).

- Experience with integrating NLP technologies into software products or services.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
