Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them in the showroom, ensuring a qualified and positive experience.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and space requirements to recommend suitable furniture and interior products.
- Explain product features, materials, finishes, designs, quality, and pricing to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, generate leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and other relevant professionals.
- Stay updated on furniture designs, interior trends, materials, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain an organized showroom and ensure products are displayed professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.




- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with management to support business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in furniture sales, interior sales, or a furniture showroom is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of furniture products, interior materials, designs, and finishes.
- Strong communication, customer-handling, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Target-oriented, professional, and customer-focused approach.

- Preferred Candidates: Individuals currently working or previously employed in furniture showrooms, interior product companies, modular furniture brands, or interior design firms with sales experience.
