Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the day-to-day operations of fund accounting, including NAV calculation, capitalization, and reconciliations.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory reports for funds under management.

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, and real estate investment trusts (REITs).

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Job Requirements :

- 12-25 years' experience in fund accounting or a related field.

- Robust knowledge of mutual fund accounting principles, including net asset value (NAV) calculation and capitalization rules.

- Experience working with various types of investment vehicles such as stocks, bonds, commodities etc.
