Glintz Technologies is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer Cum Trainer who can develop web applications and deliver practical programming training. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to guide students through real-world development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Work on both frontend and backend development.
- Train students in full-stack web development through hands-on sessions.
- Guide learners in building projects and developing technical portfolios.
- Explain programming concepts, debugging, and development best practices.
- Work with databases, APIs, and version control systems.
- Assist students with projects, assignments, and interview preparation.

Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript,



and responsive web design.
- Experience with a frontend framework such as React.
- Backend development knowledge using Node.js, Python, PHP, or another relevant technology.
- Understanding of databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and GitHub.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience developing web applications.
- Previous teaching or technical training experience.
- Ability to explain concepts through live coding and practical projects.
