Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Fruits & Vegetables Specialist to manage the department's daily operations, maintain product quality and freshness, ensure attractive displays, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables through regular quality checks.
- Manage product display, merchandising, and replenishment as per store standards.
- Check incoming stock for quality, quantity, freshness, and damage.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned team for replenishment.
- Follow proper stock rotation and minimise wastage of perishable products.
- Ensure correct pricing, labelling, and product identification.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene,



and food safety standards in the department.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide information about seasonal produce.
- Monitor daily wastage, damaged stock, and product shrinkage.
- Coordinate with the Department Manager for inventory control and sales improvement.
- Guide Team Members on product handling, display, and quality maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.

Qualification
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Prior experience in fruits and vegetables retail, fresh produce handling, or supermarket operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of seasonal fruits and vegetables, quality grading, and storage practices will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
