Position: Fresher Civil Engineer / Junior Site Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in daily construction and site supervision activities.
- Monitor construction work according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Support RCC, foundation, brickwork, plastering, and finishing activities.
- Check site measurements, levels, and material requirements under supervision.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and vendors.
- Maintain daily progress reports and construction records.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and billing documentation.




- Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Follow site safety procedures and quality standards.
- Report site issues and work progress to the senior engineer or project manager.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and building materials.
- Ability to read and understand civil engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Understanding of construction measurements and estimation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
