Role Description This is a full time, on-site Fresher Business Development Executive role based in Indore. The role involves identifying potential clients, supporting new business development activities, and assisting in building a strong sales pipeline for the agency’s digital marketing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching prospective clients, engaging in lead generation through calls, emails, and social platforms, and coordinating introductory meetings.

The executive will help maintain client relationships, support account management tasks,



and collaborate with the marketing team to align proposals with client needs. The role also includes preparing basic presentations, maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, and contributing to meeting monthly and quarterly growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and approach potential clients.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to support client relationships and basic sales processes.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, for client outreach and internal coordination.
- Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing services (SEO, social media, web design, content) is beneficial.
