Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and business partners.
- Assist with freight brokerage and logistics-related activities.
- Make calls, follow up with contacts, and maintain qualified relationships.
- Support daily operations and coordinate transportation-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and update information in the system.
- Learn industry processes and achieve assigned performance targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Confident, professional, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the office.

Salary & Benefits
