Certifications Required Education : B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunications, or equivalent

SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

1 Must have:

- FreeSWITCH hands-on (dialplan, modules, ESL/API integrations)
- free switch with C or C++ dev programming

•

- WebRTC stack (ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS-SRTP, SDP, mod_verto, WSS)
- SIP proficiency (RFC 3261, trunk config, NAT,



codec tuning, RTP optimization, SRTP/TLS)
- Integrate FreeSWITCH with Contact Center platforms (custom CCaaS stacks).
- Configure ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), skill-based routing, and queue management via mod_callcenter or fifo queues.
- Enable call recording, monitoring, whisper/barge, and supervisor features.

Roles and responsibilites

- Health monitoring, incident response, log tracing, change mgmt
- Gateway deploy, WSS, TURN, ICE/DTLS troubleshooting, codec mgmt
- Runbooks, SOPs, cross-team collab, Log analysis.
