Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Gurugram.

The Freight

Broker will coordinate freight movements between shippers and carriers, negotiate rates, and secure capacity for a variety of loads. Daily responsibilities include managing load boards, dispatching carriers, tracking shipments, and resolving issues to ensure on-time delivery. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers and carriers, handling inquiries, and providing proactive updates on shipment status.

The Freight

Broker will collaborate with internal teams to optimize routes,



support billing and documentation processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage to source carriers, negotiate rates, and manage transportation agreements.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Account Management skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Dispatching skills to assign loads, coordinate schedules, and monitor shipments in transit.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle time-sensitive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with logistics software, load boards, and basic MS Office tools.
- Candidates should possess solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and shipments simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation operations is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
