Key Responsibilities

- Identify and establish contact with potential B2B partners across India.
- Develop relationships with nursing colleges, recruitment agencies, training institutions, and relevant organizations.
- Conduct professional calling and email outreach.
- Arrange meetings, present the recruitment opportunity, and follow up with prospective partners.
- Generate qualified leads and develop long-term business relationships.
- Support the growth of our Germany nursing recruitment business.

Who Should Apply?
- Freelancers with experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or business development.
- Professionals with an established network in India's nursing or recruitment sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills.

Commercial Terms & Agreement
- The engagement will be governed by a mutually signed agreement.
- Scope of work, responsibilities, commercial terms, and payment milestones will be defined and agreed upon before commencement.
- Any commission or incentive will be payable strictly as specified in the signed agreement.
- Both parties must agree to the terms before initiating business activities or exchanging confidential candidate information.
