Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing Talent:

Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct initial phone screens, evaluate skills, and assess cultural fit for open roles.

- Client Coordination:

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and team goals.

- Candidate Management:

Guide candidates through interview loops, salary discussions, and onboarding steps.

- Pipeline Tracking:

Maintain organized records and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:

2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (IT, Non-IT, or specialized niche).

- Communication:

Solid verbal and written communication skills to pitch roles and build rapport.

- Autonomy:

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and timelines independently.

- Tools:

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
