Krehsst Recruitment Academy (KRA) is looking for experienced recruitment professionals to join us as Freelance Recruitment Trainers and help graduate trainees understand the real-world recruitment process.

What Will You Do?

- Conduct offline, in-class training sessions at our Koregaon Park, Pune office.
- Train graduate students on end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Share practical knowledge of manufacturing recruitment, job and client understanding, and candidate sourcing.
- Guide trainees on candidate engagement, salary discussions, offer negotiation, and recruitment best practices.
- Share real-life hiring examples,



industry insights, and practical recruitment techniques.

Who Can Apply?

- Recruitment professionals with 10+ years of experience , particularly in manufacturing recruitment.
- Senior recruiters with hands-on experience in manufacturing hiring.
- Professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and developing fresh talent.
- Candidates with strong communication and practical industry knowledge.
- Trainers available to conduct scheduled, in-person sessions in Koregaon Park, Pune.
