About us

Kumqwat is an experiential travel company that designs fully custom trips — built around the traveller, not the destination. We plan 30–40 bespoke trips a month across 60+ countries. We’re in the middle of a full rebrand and about to market at scale for the first time. Our tagline says it all: You are the destination.

The role

We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer to shape how Kumqwat looks across social, print and digital as we launch the new brand. You’ll work closely with our founder, our Social Media & Content lead and our video editor.

What you’ll work on

- Instagram posts, carousels, story templates and reel covers
- Brand assets — templates, icons, layouts that bring the new brand guidelines to life
- Print and offline collateral — event material for The Travel Circle,



brochures, invites, merchandise
- Ad creatives and campaign visuals

You’ll be a fit if you

- Have a robust portfolio across social and brand work — taste matters more than years
- Can take a brand system and make it feel fresh, not templated
- Are fluent in Figma / Adobe Suite / Canva; comfortable with AI design tools
- Are quick, reliable with deadlines, and take feedback well
- Love travel, culture, food, craft — and get excited by work that’s a little unconventional

Bonus

- Experience with travel, hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Motion graphics / basic animation skills
