Role Overview:

We are introducing our Corporate Membership Program and looking for entrepreneurial Freelance Business Development Partners. In this role, you will leverage your existing enterprise network to introduce and onboard Indian & Japanese MNCs, conglomerates, and academic institutions into Experience Japan's corporate network.

Compensation & Benefits:

- High Direct Earning: 20% commission on the net fee of every current corporate membership onboarded.
- Recurring Revenue: 10% annual renewal retainer for every subsequent year upon maintaining the account and gathering feedback.
- Flexible Engagement:



100% remote, self-paced, and flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pitch prospective corporate organizations, joint ventures, and educational institutions.
- Connect directly with CXOs, HR Heads, CSR Directors, and Learning & Development leaders.
- Coordinate with our leadership team to present tailored corporate membership proposals and finalize sign-ups.

Ideal Candidate:

- Independent consultants, corporate trainers, or sales professionals with an established B2B network.
- Direct access to decision-makers in Japanese MNCs, manufacturing/auto, IT, or higher education sectors.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
