Role Description The Freelance AI Trainer will work full time on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, collaborating closely with research and technology teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and annotating data, crafting transparent instructions and prompts, evaluating AI-generated outputs, and providing detailed feedback to improve model performance and reliability. The role involves following project guidelines, maintaining high-quality standards, documenting findings, and suggesting improvements to training processes and datasets.

The AI Trainer will also help design test scenarios, validate model behavior across different use cases,



and support ongoing optimization of AI systems used in market research and business intelligence.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and identify patterns or inconsistencies.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write clear instructions, prompts, and explanations for diverse topics.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data review, annotation, and quality assurance tasks.
- Comfort working with digital tools, web-based platforms, and basic data handling (spreadsheets, online dashboards).
- Ability to follow structured guidelines while exercising sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and their applications in market research and business intelligence.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as business, economics, social sciences, computer science, linguistics, or related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in research, data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
